You'll love the great variety of regional recipes we dish up for you. At the Restaurant Steiner, we serve tasty dishes prepared by our senior chef, Davide, and his kitchen team. Our cuisine represents an imaginative blend of traditional dishes and specialties. Besides the repertory of South Tyrolean cuisine, we serve exquisite Italian "classics" including seasonal noodle and pasta dishes. The secret of our delicious pizzas? Wonderfully crispy pizza crusts, fresh toppings, and a pinch of Italian "dolce vita." In addition to the wide selection of "classic" pizzas, we can also prepare pizzas according to your personal wishes, with kamut oder whole grain dough. For celiac persons we serve also glutenfree pizza.
And of course we can serve you the appropriate wine to accompany your meal. Junior Manager Claudia, an experienced sommelière, will provide you with expert assistance in selecting the right wine. And during our wine-tastings held in the Steiner Cellar, she'll tell you all you want to know about South Tyrolean wines.
