The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
• Cancellation until 4 days prior the day of arrival: free or charge
• Cancellation within 3 days before the day of arrrival or a now show: the deposit will be retained
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every unused day.
Cancellation due to Covid-19:
In case it is absolutely impossible for the guest to undertake the journey, we will search for a consensual solution.
